    Dell Cloudiq Intergation

    January 2024

    Lead project to onboard a cloud-based AIOps application that provides for simple and proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of customer Dell IT infrastructure including integration with VMware. Scheduled upgrade task, delegated duties and configured all customer core devices resulting in centralized monitoring and automation of daily task.
